These terms and conditions apply to any booking made through JustDoIndia whether or not the participant is the original purchaser. Please read these details and contact us if you need any further information or explanation. These terms and conditions are the most current of JustDoIndia

Contract

When you purchase an activity with JustDoIndia you will be bound by these terms and conditions. You must not make a booking or purchase an activity unless you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

Prices and charges

Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. Any booking made or order placed by you, whether through the JustDoIndia website or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by you to purchase the relevant activities subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices include all Government taxes such as luxury tax, service tax, etc at the current rates.

Activity descriptions

Independent activity providers provide the information about their activities. We try to ensure that our published information is accurate and up-to-date. However, the content or format of some activities may change slightly from time to time. Activity providers will provide final details about each activity. Your participation in each activity is conditional upon your acceptance of the activity provider's terms and conditions.

Session lengths

Session lengths are approximate and are given by activity providers as a guide to the total time you will be at their venue. Unless otherwise stated, you will normally take your turn with the activity provider's other customers and there may be waiting time involved. Any itinerary provided to you is indicative only and the order of events may change.

Restrictions

Certain activities provided by activity providers are subject to minimum age, health, safety or other requirements. Details of each activity provider's requirements are set out on the JustDoIndia website under each service. Please read them carefully.

On the day

If you have a problem or a complaint on the day of service, please bring it to the activity provider's attention at your earliest opportunity on the day & inform JustDoIndia with a copy

Special Requests

Please check with us when you book if you wish to make a special request for any service or facility that is not automatically part of your booking. We will ask our suppliers and where possible they will try to help but please note such requests cannot be guaranteed.

   

Insurance

The very nature of some of the activities that we promote as agent means that they are potentially dangerous. Prior to ordering or participating in any activity you should be aware of this fact. JustDoIndia can provide further information if you are in any doubt about any activity. Responsibility rests with you to make independent enquiries with the activity provider and other third parties as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover.

Agency

Activities are sold by JustDoIndia as an agent for businesses that provide lifestyle and recreational activities to customers herein after referred to as "activity providers". JustDoIndia is not an activity provider and has no responsibility for any activities provided or not provided by any other party. You will be bound by the activity provider's terms and conditions.

JustDoIndia makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided by activity providers. We do not have any power to control activity provider's operations. JustDoIndia acts as a booking agent only.

Liability

JustDoIndia has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any activity provider. JustDoIndia has no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any activity provider or third party. Where JustDoIndia's liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the activity purchased. You will indemnify us if we suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions or any other legal obligation by you.

Payment

We accept MasterCard and Visa. A service fee is charged for processing credit card payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as JustDoIndia Limited on the credit card statement.

Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. Prices are based on the local tariffs at the time of quoting converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.

   

Cancellation by you

If you are unable to attend an activity on the confirmed date and time you selected you should immediately contact the activity provider OR JustDoIndia, who will do their best to reschedule the activity.

Charges are levied to help us cover the costs of any losses we have to pay for up front to our suppliers once you have confirmed a booking. We have a set scale of charges as set out below, however for certain products the cancellation policy may differ from the one outlined below. In such cases the policy will be highlighted clearly in the terms of that specific product before you make the booking.

   

 

You can cancel the booking online by visiting the link provided to you in the confirmation email. In case you write to us to cancel the booking, please note that we will be able to do so only on the next working day and higher cancellation charges may apply if it falls in a different band as explained below. It will be possible to cancel On Request products only after our supplier has confirmed the booking. In other words, the cancellation facility will not be available to you while your request is being processed.

The cancellation policy for activities is

	Less than 3 days prior to time of departure – 100 % cancellation charge
	Between 4 – 15 days prior to time of departure – 50% cancellation charge
	Greater than 15 days prior to time of departure – No cancellation charge

   

Availability and cancellation by activity provider

All activities are offered by activity providers based on available dates published by individual activity providers. JustDoIndia does not guarantee the availability of any of the activities advertised on the site. In the event that an activity becomes unavailable on an advertised date or the activity needs to be cancelled for any reason apart from weather, you will be notified as soon as possible in order to set a convenient alternative date for the service.

Bad weather - reschedule and refund

Many of the activities are weather dependent. You will have the activity provider's details so you can check if services are affected by bad weather on the day or ahead of your booking. If bad weather affects a booking it will be re-booked at no cost to you. All reasonable steps will be taken to accommodate you on an alternative date.

   

Circumstances beyond JustDoIndia’s control

No compensation of any kind or responsibility can be taken if due to a circumstance beyond JustDoIndia’s control, we have to change your package after departure, or we or our suppliers cannot supply your package in full or in part as agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. A circumstance beyond our or our supplier’s control is one that cannot be foreseen or avoided, even after taking all due care and includes but is not limited to war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes and bad weather situations or forecasts.

Text and images

The text and illustrations (including photographs) used by JustDoIndia are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part with the express permission of JustDoIndia. The photographs used to illustrate multi-location activities are provided to us by activity providers and are used as an indication only as the machines, vehicles, craft, animals and specific locales vary.

   

Copyright and Trademarks

All the material on this web site is subject to the copyright of JustDoIndia or its third party licensors. You must not reproduce any of the material contained on this web site except that you may download a copy of this web site to the local hard drive of the computer used to access the site; and print extracts of this web site, but only for your personal use.
